Refund & Cancellation Policy 

Yellow Dog Pressing provides custom music manufacturing services, including vinyl records, CDs, and cassette tapes. All products are made to order based on client-approved specifications. 

Submitting a quote request does not require payment and does not constitute an order. 

Production begins only after a quotation has been approved and a deposit or full payment has been received. 

Orders cancelled before production begins may be eligible for a refund minus any costs already incurred. Once manufacturing has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. 

Refunds are not available for custom-manufactured products, changes of mind, delays caused by late or incorrect files, or errors in client-approved artwork or audio. 

If a manufacturing error attributable to Yellow Dog Pressing occurs, we will assess the issue and, where appropriate, reproduce or correct the affected items. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
